sunomi switchel is a mindful drinking company based in Washington, DC. We're on a mission to help people drink mindfully, in the same ways they eat and exercise mindfully, day or night. To enact that missions, we make switchel: an apple cider vinegar + ginger based drink that's naturally loaded with prebiotics + electrolytes. That's why we name the company sunomi, which means vinegar drink in Japanese.
