Kellie and Amanda are sisters and the co-founders of Kaari Foods.  Growing up in Southern California, they always had fresh fruit and vegetables on their plates, but it wasn't until years later that they both became passionate about adopting a plant-based lifestyle.

After dealing with gluten (Kellie) and dairy (Amanda) intolerances for years, they decided to cut out processed foods and pursue a cleaner, plant driven way of eating. They searched the grocery store shelves for healthier versions of their favorite salad dressings and sauces but continually came home frustrated. All of the products on the market were either full of artificial flavors, processed sugar and additives or contained eggs or egg substitutes. They started to experiment with making their own dressings and once their non-plant based husbands tried the dressings and loved them, they knew it had to share with the world!
