Keep an open mind while always staying true to your core values.
After receiving her BA from Tufts University in 1996, Chloe Epstein began her career in the entertainment business working at Miramax Films. She left Miramax to attend the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Enamored with the courtroom, Chloe worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan. Following her time at the DA's office, Chloe left to take on her next life-changing project: motherhood. With an intense sweet tooth, yet a commitment to a healthy lifestyle, Chloe was fueled with the desire to create a satiating, clean, frozen treat to feed herself and her children. From there, Chloe’s was born.
After opening the first store in Summer 2010 in New York City, Chloe and team worked tirelessly as their business trajectory grew from a single store, to food service, to a thriving Consumer Packaged Good business. Chloe's Pops are now sold in over 10,000 retailers. In 2017, Chloe was proud to be recognized by Fortune and Food & Wine as one of the Most Innovative Women in Food and Drink and has recently joined the Tufts Friedman School Board of Advisors. In addition, Chloe and team graduated from the Chobani Incubator as part of their second class. Chloe currently resides in New York City with her husband and three children.
