Amanda McIntosh Founder, Take My Face Off
Connect to the “a-ha” moments.
Amanda spent years living a double life--professional classical musician by night and an international business process consultant by day. One evening, tired from a performance, she was looking forward to her nighttime cleansing routine when she was hit by a brainwave--cotton balls, wipes, and washcloths are terrible! Almost immediately, she launched her mission to upgrade skin cleansing tools and reduce beauty waste. Her first foray into beauty retail was a licensing deal with Sephora. Sometimes, she still moonlights as an extra with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, but she spends most of her time planning new product launches and strategizing retail partnerships.
