Adriana Botti Founder, Little Words Project
Sometimes, you just have to go for it first. Allow all the unknown pieces to fall into place later.
Adriana Botti is a powerhouse entrepreneur who is trying to change the world one word at a time. Inspired by her own experiences growing up and enduring years of girl on girl bullying, Botti wanted to change what she saw as a negative bonding tool that many girls have the tendency to use- coming together by putting down others. Rather than fight back, Adriana created Little Words Project in 2013 at the age of 23, aspiring to encourage kindness and acceptance rather than competition and jealousy.
While Adriana continues to build her feel-good/do-good brand, she is simultaneously pulling back the curtain to allow other young female business owners into the entrepreneurial world. Through her social media platforms, website, and a budding charity initiative, she intends to provide tips and tools to empower women to go after their dreams regardless of the obstacles they have faced -- and to do it all with simple (and kind), little words.
