Founder Feature: Tina Labadini

Tina Labadini says that after 11 years in business, she cannot wait to be an overnight success!

Tina started Tina Labadini Designs in 2007 when her third child was one. Three hundred designs later, she employs eight women in her Concord, MA-based business. Tina recently expanded the company to capitalize on the huge pet owner market in the US with the Doggy Ditty, a combination bag/leash for stylish dog walkers.

Tina’s designs represent a lot of what she loves about her native New England, but her appreciation for other parts of the US is evident in her collections devoted to states across the country, which have sold well at national trade shows. Her designs grace tea towels, pillows, tote bags, cocktail napkins, wine charms, stationery, and children’s clothing. A recent flour sack towel design says it all: “Underestimate me. That’ll be fun.”
