Subscription boxes can make you feel like you have a BFF who always knows when you need a little pick-me-up. FabFitFun subscription boxes make you feel like that BFF is always ahead of the curve on new products and doesn’t mind dropping a few Benjamins to brighten your day.
Katie Echevarria Rosen Kitchens is the cofounder of FabFitFun, a quarterly subscription box service featuring beauty, health, and fashion picks. Building a business was not the life she originally imagined for herself.
After graduating from George Washington University with a BA in English and sociology, Katie returned to her home in LA and worked on shows like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Jackass. It was a class in magazine writing that put her on a different path.
FabFitFun started as an online magazine with a focus on beauty, fashion, and fitness. Katie was the lifestyle editor. A perk of the job was getting samples of great products. Writing about the products was great, but an idea took hold that getting the products into the hands of readers was an even better approach, and the company took a new direction.
It was a good move. Katie and company were thrilled to see subscriptions hit the million mark in November of 2018. FabFitFun has landed on a lot of favorite subscriptions lists, including those compiled by CBS News, The Los Angeles Times, Celebuzz, InStyle, and Real Simple.
In addition to offering curated products, FabFitFun membership provides access to FabFitFun TV, member-only sales, and a community forum.
As a special gift to The F Project community, Katie and FabFitFun are offering a special promotion to readers of this blog post. Use Code: thefproject for $10 off your first FabFitFun box.
