Christine Marie Mason defies expectations. The founder of six B2B tech companies (from conception to $100M+ exits), this Phi Beta Kappa graduate wrote a senior thesis on Arab nationalism and earned an MBA from Northwestern’s JL Kellogg School of Management.
So her newest business venture, Rosebud Woman, is probably, what, a tech company aimed at floral suppliers? Nope. Rosebud Woman is all about taking care of the most intimate part of a woman’s body with reverence and compassion.
“Luxury vaginal skincare” is the mission of Rosebud Woman’s plant-derived emollients. With products like Honor, Soothe, Arouse, and Refresh (spray), Rosebud Woman offers varied approaches to taking care of the whole perineal area. As a bonus, all of the ingredients in Rosebud Woman’s products are completely safe for ingestion, according to the website.
In addition to being a tech savant, a self-described science nerd, and a women’s empowerment evangelist, Christine is the mother of four children, author of four books, and owner of a silent retreat center in Hawaii. She also publishes Enter Magazine and serves on the board of Now Labs, Inc., which she founded in 2007.
In her free(!) time, she volunteers with Guiding Rage Into Power, a comprehensive offender accountability program in which participants learn to stop their violent behavior, develop emotional intelligence, cultivate mindfulness, and understand victim impact.
An enigma for sure, Christine is out to heal both the world and vaginas everywhere!
